What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 shirts — enough for a bar team or a wedding party — with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.
How fast will my Hawaiian shirts arrive?

What is the difference between all-over print and printed panels?
All-over print is cut and sew: the fabric is printed on the roll, then the shirt is cut and stitched, so the pattern runs off every edge. Anything decorated after the shirt exists will stop short of the seams, and that is the difference you notice from across a room.
Can you design the pattern for us?
Yes, free. Send a logo, a photograph, a color palette or just a description and our design team builds a repeat, shows it on the shirt at actual scale, and revises it until you are happy. Nothing is charged for design.
Which fabric should I choose?
Rayon for drape and anything worn socially or sold at retail. Poly microfibre for all-over print at the best price. Wicking stretch polyester for outdoor staff, golf and daily commercial laundry.
Can every shirt be different?
Yes. Names, roles, numbers and dates run as variable data with no per-shirt setup charge, and every shirt is bagged and labelled with that name.
Do you offer youth sizes?
Yes — 2T through youth XL, cut on a youth block with the print repeat rescaled so a child’s shirt matches an adult one standing next to it.
Can I order a sample first?
Our minimum of 12 exists so you can hold the shirt before committing to a full run. Order a small batch, wash one, then scale up on exactly the same file.
