There is a simple test for a group shirt: does anybody wear it again. Booth shirts, team shirts and trip shirts mostly fail it, and they fail for the same reason — the garment was an afterthought and the decoration was applied to whatever blank was cheapest that week.
So we print the fabric before the shirt exists. The pattern is dye-sublimated onto the roll, the panels are cut from it, and the shirt is sewn afterwards. That is more work than printing a finished blank and it is the only way the pattern runs off the hem and around the seam.
It also fixes the size problem. Because the fabric is printed at one scale and every size is cut from it, a 5XL and a small carry the same repeat rather than the same file stretched. A group wearing them looks like a group instead of a gradient.
Why we exist
Most suppliers sell decoration, not garments. You pick from their blank catalogue, they put your logo on it, and the shirt is whatever it was going to be anyway. That is fine for a tee and hopeless for a patterned shirt, where the garment is the design.
We would rather steer you to the cheaper fabric that suits the job than sell the expensive one that does not. That has cost us margin and won us the reorders, which turns out to be the better trade.

Six ranges: all-over print cut-and-sew shirts, embroidered aloha shirts on stock or custom prints, traditional rayon with a camp collar and matched pocket, wicking performance shirts with a UPF finish, matching group sets with per-shirt names, and youth sizes cut on a youth block with the repeat rescaled to match.
Design is free and unlimited. Send a logo, a photograph, a palette or a description and our team builds the repeat, shows it on the shirt at actual scale, and revises it until it is right. Nothing is charged and nothing is printed before you approve.
